"I called over the weekend and spoke to whoever answers the phone after hours. Emergi pet was not being helpful (they’ve also misdiagnosed my dog before and had me paying for things I didn’t need,) and I wanted to talk to who has been seeing my dog for over a year now. I was told they were leaving a message with the on call team member, and I would receive a call back soon. All I needed to ask was a simple yes or no question. It is Monday and I have yet to receive a call back! Luckily my dog is fine, but I will not be bringing my pet back here. Years ago this place was the best, but it just isn’t the same anymore"
"Moved here from out of state ~1.5 years ago and have been having our older dog (11 years) and newer dog (~3 years but we adopted him off the streets) seen by Dr. Askew and his staff and couldn't be happier. Scheduling is never an issue, they are up front and honest about what needs to be done to ensure proper care for your pets. Just a great all-around practice."
"It was a good first visit they were very nice to my dogs 2 of my dogs were a Lil hesitant about being around people they don't know but they were very nice about it and even offered them a treat."
"These people care so much about your animals and they will do whatever they can to help. When i boarded my dog with them, he wouldn’t eat the food I sent because he didn’t like one of the flavors. Or of the vets went through and picked all of that bad flavor out for him. They are amazing at what they do."
