Took the phone in and they told us it was caused by too much pressure to the screen. The screen had no marks, no cracks and no damage to the phone at all. They would not replace the screen under this great warranty that came with the screen."

"Well all I can say is these guys are great. Shane was excellent and Jimmy added some expertise to the problem we had also. First my wife lost her phone and we found it a quarter of a mile down the highway but not until after several cars had plowed over it. There was no backup on the phone and Shane went above and beyond to recover all the photos, notes, and calendar on the phone. Exceptional work and I can’t thank Shane enough. My wife literally cried when she thought all her photos were gone. Thankfully Shane was able to save them. We’ll definitely recommend them for any repair work.
