"There were a few issues that I was unaware of going in that the people helping me made me aware of, and while I wasn't super happy that there were issues, the whole process was transparent, they showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate for all the work that needed to be done. I would definitely go back and actually have an appointment for next week to finish the necessary repairs. They also got everything they could done in enough time that I was only 5 minutes late for work."

"The Firestone TEAM was professional & efficient. I expected 24+ hours to complete the job, so I got a hotel room for the night. within 3 hours of drop-off, my car was checked and diagnosed with a bad starter, I was contacted about the service and cost and within 3 hours my van was completed and returned to me fully operational. I could have had it sooner, if not for my delay in returning returning their missed to pick up the van. The service team even fixed a dash warning indicator seatbelt light that was on for years that other service teams could not reset. The absolute BEST vehicle service I received EVER - and I am 74 & “Flo” (my van) is a 2002 with 435,000+ miles. p.s. this all happened without an appointment CONGRATULATIONS on such a super team!!! “Run-A-Way Bill” was here!"
