"We took our Honda Passport in for an oil change. Arrived and it was taken in at 10:08 for a 10:00 appointment. After receiving a text from service advisor Jonathan Cutler. Heard nothing for an hour and a half. We sent him a text. No reply. After two hours, I asked about the vehicle. It took a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and they also rotated the tires which was never requested. Awful experience"
