"Appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The technician called me at 7:20 in the morning and said he was able to come early I asked him if he could come at 8:15 and he said no. The lack of compromise is the epitome of poor customer service...........UPDATE: Monday came and went, then Tuesday.....NO CALL......Feb. 25 still no call. Awesome customer service!"

"Couldn't be bothered to listen to our problem, already had his mind made up what was wrong. Having to get another repair man out because he left with it not repaired matter of fact he didn't even attempt to look at the problem. Update, called and problem addressed, my intention isn't to bring down a businesses score for an employee having a bad day so I updated the score to reflect the business addressing the problem."
"If you want someone to truly exceed your expectations around appliance repair, first call Scott’s Appliance and then make sure you ask for Zach! Zach came to my mom’s house last year for a shrieking, squeaking, squealing dryer. After making his diagnosis, we ordered the parts and when they came in after a few weeks, he dropped by and installed them. No muss, no fuss, no drama. A couple of months ago, our dryer started the same thing. We called, Zach ordered the parts, and came by today to install. Clean, pleasant, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the dryer apart, installed the rollers and belt, got it back together, checked it out, cleaned up and both Zach and the dryer were ready to go! A super easy group to work with; punctual, proficient and all about customer service. I highly recommend them to all."
"Wendell Scott has been a blessing to my wife and I. Our washer,dryer and refrigerator came from his shop and have all worked great. We had a little issue with the washer and Wendell came out late in the evening and drove back to his shop for a part. He got it fixed and the price was reasonable. This man has worked with churches to help people in need of appliances. He’s a good honest man and in my opinion a fine technician.
