"Theres a reason they have so many 1 star reviews, lol they sent me to collections over a bunch of charges for paint ect, refused to provide pictures of receipts. I disputed it in collections and it went away but just go somewhere else or they'll charge you a unavoidable 1300 move out fee plus 2k for "paint" and 450 for 6 paints of blinds."

"They have tried to nickle and dime my room mates and I for charges on defected parts of the apartment that existed when we moved in. They refuse to be nice and assist anyone looking to sort things out. We were sent to collections after being told 2 months prior that the bill would be fixed, guess what they didn’t. Allied Realty is the worst realtor in Tuscaloosa, and I lived at the cottages. Do not live in any of their properties unless you want to be in debt for charges that aren’t even your fault."

"Do not rent from this company, you will regret it. All their good reviews are written by staff or people they offered incentives to. The couple that owns this company actively try to scam you out of thousands of dollars and if you do not give it up they send threatening text messages. They are known for adding charges onto your account for no reason and then threatening to get their attorney involved if you do not pay up. They will always keep your $1500 security deposit and will end up charging you over $10,000 for the most ridiculous stuff. My house on 13th is a great place to rent for similar price.. go there!! Edit:Their immature responses to their hundreds of terrible reviews shows how horrible this company is. A professional company would not place blame on all their former tenants and make up lies on all their reviews to make their company sound better. Believe me when I say this company is horrible and at least for me their response to my review is a complete lie. My rent was paid to them on time every month, they are just known for creating false situations to get money out of you (as stated on multiple reviews) Please go anywhere else, you wont regret it! :)"

"In my opinion this is the worst rental agency in Tuscaloosa. They charge incredibly outlandish fees for simple mishaps. If privacy is a priority for your living space you will feel violated and intruded upon. As of them learning of me not renewing my lease they began to walk potential renters through the house three times a week for six months before my lease was up. I was one day late moving out due to a medical emergency and they charged me $500. There were rat holes going into the home from outside that I took pictures of and notified them about because the rats began to infest inside of home. The maintenance people never came. There late fees are inflated in my opinion. In my opinion Allied Realty is not a company that any red blooded human being would want to do business with. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Please don't make the same mistake I did. In my opinion they are some crooks."
