"I was very disappointed after the job was completed. The day they were done, a cursory inspection was done and all seemed OK. But as a few days passed, my wife and I noticed more and more wrong with the job. We watched the process and it felt like our job was not big enough and they were trying to rush it to get to the next job. Spots missed, some sections weren't even touched (a bathroom ceiling, for example), parts were cut in and not painted. I communicated with Brian and told him that I had more work for him, but these things had to be resolved. I also told him I wanted him to come at a time when he didn't have to rush. It has been several weeks and all I got was a couple of stall emails, but no show. I was not about to chase him to do what was right for him to do. I have since got another painter for other work, plus to complete what Brian did not. It is costing me somewhere between $4-600.00 extra. Nice guy, but I'll never use him again."
