"Overall disappointed in the work I had done. Brought in 3 pairs of boots. I clearly had asked for each pair to have the soles re-glued and one pair polished. I asked if they could remove the soles completely and re-glue them and was told that’s what I was paying for. 2 of the 3 pairs glue came undone almost immediately. It appeared they had just put glue in the parts where the soles lifted instead of removing the soles completely, scraping the old glue away and re-gluing them. The pair I asked to be polished did not looked touched. I specifically asked for this pair to be done, because I didn’t own red polish and wouldn’t use enough of it to purchase it myself. The leather looked the same as I gave it to them. Overall a waste of money and time. Although they are fairly priced, it’s not worth it if the work isn’t done right."
"Gomez shoe repair is simply an amazing shoe shop to do business with, Jose took personal care of my casual Steve Madden Chukka boots, if you’re interested in getting a additional gloss ask for 2X shoe shine on the toe. They told me it would 3weeks but I got a call in 2 weeks. Very reasonably priced."
"Really really happy with my experience! They fixed a pair of tall riding boots where the top flap came off of one. He removed and replaced the one that was still there so that the boots matched and looked perfect when done. And, the cost was extremely reasonable and the repair done quickly."

"My favorite dress shoes had a leather sole, great in dry weather, deadly on wet tile floors. They were completed on time, great price, and very nice people whom I assume are the owners. They have been worn once, and I was safe!"
