"Horrible dealing with this lady! I had taken my $100 pair of shoes and asked if she could do them. she said yes. So I gave her the $20 deposit of $40 and she marked Friday date to get them. I told her I needed them for a wedding at the begining of Nov. 2023! It is now January 2024! I made numerous attempts to get my shoes and when she said they need a little more and they would be done for Christmas and the holidays.....NEVER GOT THEM DONE! She said to come back that day...I gave her the Balance of $20 cash...she will not take anything else! Never answers her phone. I left a note on door, store not open very much? She never called me and when I found her the other day...she said she was on vacation and my shoes are in storage???????!!! She said she would deliver them to me. I just want my shoes back repaired or not, and want my $40 cash back too! What a joke! 3 months! I really do not want to give a star at all! Deb"

"Pavo’s shoes is terrible! I would give it no stars if I could! She ruined my expensive boots that needed repaired. After 2 months of putting me off, she would say she’s waiting on a part etc. I finally just took my boots and walked out. She does not know anything about shoe repairs."

"I had the same experience as other reviewers who gave 1 star. She took my items, requested a deposit and told me 1 week. I came back 2 weeks later and she apologized and said it would be the following week for sure. I came back 2 weeks later, giving her an extra week, and my items were still not repaired. She told me she had to order a part for my purse. This did not make sense since it only needed to have the strap sewn back on. I asked for a refund on my deposit and my items. It took her more than a few minutes to find them. Very disappointing. Go to Gomez down the road!"

"The women who works here is super nice however does not do a very good job. She told me it would take two weeks to fix my purse and it took over a month. I kept having to go back in to check and it was always “in a couple days come back”. It got to the point where I almost had to get the authorities involved because she would not give me it back."

"The woman who owns the store (Josephine) took my shoes for over three months. I finally got them back after threatening to take her to court (I showed up at her store with the filing paperwork in hand and I was not bluffing.) - At month one, she said my shoes were ready but she left them at home (why did she take my shoes home?). - She said she would send them to me via UPS. They never arrived so I called her. She said she used the wrong zip code and they were returned to the wrong store. - She then said she would send them the next morning - SHE PROMISED! I asked her to text me the tracking number. She didn't. - I called her. She said UPS didn't come so she would drive them to UPS herself and then text me the tracking number. She didn't. - She stopped answering my calls to her cell phone and stopped responding to my text messages. Radio silence. - I went to her store on a Saturday. She was closed even though it was during her posted business hours. I looked in the back window. There were my shoes, sitting in a pile of other shoes about two feet high - NOT RESOLED. She had been lying to me for three months. - I showed up at her store the next Wednesday in the middle of the day, showed her the lawsuit paperwork and she returned my shoes and my deposit. She's a lying scammer. I cannot say enough about how terrible she is."
