"Bob and the other guys at Confident were pretty much the only mechanic I used the entire time I lived in Mentor. I just moved out of state and had a less than stellar experience while trying to get an oil change and it made me miss this place. "Fair and honest. Brought the car in due to a sensor light going on and off randomly. They checked the car completely determined that there were no issues with the car and that the sensor was probably starting to go. Said the sensor issue isn't a big deal and didn't need to be replaced immediately unless it stayed on consistently. They spend well over a couple of hours going over the car and did not charge us a penny. Will be going back there for all our automotive needs. Highly recommend."
"Just bought a used car & was told it only needed a tune-up. Unfortunately for me the engine light came on the next day. Took it to Bob at Confident & he let me know EVERYTHING wrong with it and fixed the check engine light. Not a tune-up but oil leaking into the plugs. Really honest and I believe trustworthy. I'll be taking it back to have the other problems fixed also"

Bob explained all the work required in detail and he and the crew were professional and courteous.
