"Inflation's one thing, but "highway robbery's still going strong at G&L”!!! Effin' $40 to match a typical key blank to a common cabinet/box lock, then impress it and cut a run-of-the-mill key that turns a simple strait metal tab inside 90 degrees to lock a lid, drawer, tool box/chest etc ...and then they only give you 1 key!!! ONE EFFIN' KEY!!! THEN they want another $4.25+tax to cut a second 50¢ key blank ..."after waiting 2 working days for the outrageous $40 charge for a 20-30 minute job to match a key blank, impress the lock, and then cut the key, ...only to receive one single key"!?!?! Seriously G&L?!?!? Bad enough the extreme $40 charge for the little bit of work done, but for one effin' key?!?! Wonder what G&L stands for, -- Gouge and Laugh ...all the way to the bank?!? Hindsight, it would've been cheaper to buy a pair of cabinet locks at Walmart or the like and drill the old ones out. When I asked, they couldn't give me a ballpark figure cost. Had I known up front what they were going to charge me, I'd have walked out, bought a pair of run-of-the-mill cabinet locks at Wally World or elsewhere and drilled the old ones out. Simple! Common sense dictates most folks want two keys for cabinets, furniture and toolbox drawers/lids etc. One for daily use and one for backup. But don't go here!!! They'll charge you for a second key, ...AFTER CHARGING YOU $40 TO MAKE ONLY ONE!!! Talk about engineered income. Don't lose the ONLY KEY they'll give you! GUARANTEE IT'LL COST YOU 40 Effin' Dollars... AGAIN, ...FOR ONE EFFIN' KEY!!!!! Unbelievable. Could've replaced them cheaper myself as noted above! Lesson learned. If you have deep pockets and don't care about being over charged, then this might be the place for you. OTHERWISE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... DON'T GO TO G&L !!!!!"

"We got locked out of our rental at about 2:30 am on a Saturday night!! Every locksmith who claimed to be 24 hour service was not answering. We called G&L and the very nice gentleman said let me put my 15 month old granddaughter back to bed and get your info! He was there within an hour and got us back in!! This man was our hero!!"
