"I normally don't leave reviews, BUT, ALL of the associates that we talked to were amazing! No pressure, which is rare! I have purchased SEVERAL new and used cars/trucks throughout the years at different dealerships! Most of the time, I feel pressured and SO stressed. Honestly, I had a chip on my shoulder when we went to visit Carmago, because I really thought it would be the usual experience! I was so wrong!! From the second we walked through the door, we were met by a nice gentleman who took us to Joy! And what a JOY she really was! She was fun and so nice!! It felt like I knew her for years! Jevon and Greg were extremely nice, and we appreciate Darren in financing (smooth transaction) no pressure and he was so kind! We also got what we wanted for our trade! They didn't ask if we owed anything on the trade in, they just inspected it and gave an honest offer. I came prepared, because I know the value and what they could potentially sell it for. Overall, a great experience! Definitely would go back!"

"This is for the Service Department. The pictures show all the grease they left on my Escalade when I picked it up. The glovebox closed flush when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it looked like the tech didn't know how to push the button to open it. It has a gap now when closed."

Made our process so much easier by explaining everything that had to be done. No guesswork! No confusion! Just straight up with everything. "Sent my daughter in for break pads with a quote for $342x2. They had the bill over a hundred dollars more at pickup. Didn’t apply the coupon that someone in their shop promised they’d apply earlier either. When I asked Keith about this, he said “well that was Steven and he promises everyone coupons”. I spoke to Kevin (service manager) and he stated that coupon is for brake pads without a rotor service after he had already told me they don’t do brake pads without a rotor service. Take your car to another service center. The customer service here is lacking."
