"The service folks were great. The customer side of it was amazing. Easy to work with. Repairs were expensive (to be expected), timeline was long b/c my vehicle is old (to be expected), but the thing they fixed didn't actually fix the problem. They said the water leak I had was in the door and it was actually near the sunroof. To their credit, they didn't charge me for it, but they said they couldn't fix the problem (a water leak) without OEM parts, which are expensive and hard to find for a 2008. I also have a new rattle somewhere after they fixed a leak in the oil pan, which is annoying."

"Highly enjoyed the customer service of this dealership after having to bring in my vehicle for service. Although it wasn't fixed the first time and took a couple of times to correct, my service technician continued to work at solving the problem. He was understanding to my needs, listened to my concerns and made every effort to get answers about my vehicle. He certainly eased the trouble for me by providing a loaner as my vehicle was worked on. I appreciated the follow up each time my vehicle was looked at and the ability to explain what had gone wrong. I appreciated hearing an apology for the delay in not finding the problem sooner. Great job service department!!!! Thank you Don and Jayme!!!"
