Budget Car Rental

"Wasn’t surprised to see a 2.9 rating when I went on here to put my review. Had a confirmed reservation at 1pm. When I arrived on time no one was there. Called number about me being on site and no info was given about there eta. Stood around for 1.5 hours. On phone with budget. One supervisor said he was not in the customer support business. When I stated I was at this location that was not open in the rain for a confirmed reservation I made 5 days previous. Only resolution was for me to Uber 40 mins to airport and get a new reservation. That was at a higher price than original confirmed reservation . Never again"

"Terrible customer service: The girl working the counter never greeted me,gave me eye contact she gave me a car with low tires. brought it back to get another car, and no apologies or nothing was super rude. The 2nd car the change oil light is on and loud tire noise.WILL NOT RENT HERE AGAIN."

"The owner is very unprofessional and rude. The fact that Budget/Avis would allow her to franchise is beyond embarrassing for their chain. When we arrived she was not in the building, my husband had to look for her and she insisted that he did not have a reservation. Furthermore, there were other people waiting for her to return so they could return their rental. Nevertheless, she should have been in the office and not outside arguing on the phone. When asked who her manager was her response was, “I don’t have no manager.” Ghetto at its best! Stay far away from this establishment. I will be contacting Avis personally to complain and write the BBB."

"Would not recommend renting for this place at all! Rented a car from them on 5/15 for maximum of 4 hours. Returned the keys IN HAND to the lady behind the counter and did NOT receive a receipt after asking for one. As of 5/28 I am STILL be charged for this car, stating it was never turned in."

"Horrible management refused to let me speak to her boss stated she had no boss! Gave me a rent and refused to do a walk around with car because last person brung back rental damaged and she stated I did it!! Never experienced such issues in 15 yrs with Budget! Took pictures of other cars in the lot with prior damaged! I believe she set me up I had a reservation at 930 she told me no cars were available change time to 12. I came back at 12 didn’t get keys til 1pm and I just left at 245 because she refused to say it was there prior I contacted customer service and they heard her yelling and putting me out because she’s a liar! Mind you the rental is still there after I have almost 400 held on my card!!! SHE NEEDS TO NEVER WORK WITH PEOPLE HER ATTITUDE IS NASTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Now today I go to pick up rental after paying for a lift she has vehicle blocked In I’m pissed!!!!"
