Kendra helped me in a last minute pinch to get the car I needed and she was professional, efficient, very calm and had a great attitude as well. "Worst experience I ever had. My work has a corporate account through them and I went to rent a Tesla for my family trip and they ran me in circles for hours and had me drive to 2 different locations and never ended up getting the car and ruined my whole trip. You think my work having a corporate account would make it better but it seems like it was worse. If I could give 0 stars I would."

She has helped me with getting the car I need (and explained the upgrade rate quite well) to adjusting an incorrect bill. Better than an app and definitely better than a call to an 800 number. This location makes renting a car a pleasure."
