"Curtis (Asst. Manager) and Olivia (Manager Trainee) were absolute rock stars for me today. A Priority Pass reservation I made at another area Enterprise Branch could have been handled better at the *other* branch. One of the mistakes made was giving me the choice of a pickup truck or a bare-bones (and damaged) Nissan Kicks when I had reserved a "premium" sedan (Nissan Maxima or similar). Having been dropped off at the other branch, I took the Kicks and drove it straight to this branch. Curtis and Olivia not only handled making the switch quickly, they also upgraded me to a larger SUV while matching the same daily rate. The SUV was ready in 10 minutes and had just been cleaned out. They were courteous, fast, and delightful to deal with. If you must rent a car from Enterprise in the Cincinnati area, go to the Tri-County location!!"

"After a slight mix up on rental locations this location really stepped up and took care of me. They made the transaction very hassle free for me. I was involved in an accident, not my fault thank goodness! The insurance company made the reservation for me but the original location was not convenient so I switched to one that closer to my work. The switch didn't get transferred to the new location so this location brought the car to me and when I was done they picked the car up at the shop where my car was being repaired. I didn't have to do anything. I don't need this type of service often but in the future I will definitely use this location and will recommend them to everyone I know. The folks here were very nice and made sure all my questions were answered, they were very easy to work with. It made the transaction pleasant under the circumstances."

"The last rentals have been disappointing! A couple weeks ago I was told what I requested was not available…. Then I had to pay more for an upgrade. The upgrade was not clean, we picked up pieces of cereal, straw wrappers, other garbage. I car before this was pathetic! I asked for a medium size car and was given a Kix’s…. I best place was on Montgomery Rd and you closed it…. Now, no matter where I go the employees are dressed like mechanics. You are losing my support and respect…. Yet, I’m sure you don’t care"

"Enterprise was very customer oriented, they assisted me when other Enterprise gave me the run around. Curtis was awesome. The Manager that worked on Saturday that I returned my cat was totally awesome. I had an issue with returning my card ,he assisted with the issue. Kudos to " I will never forget your act of kindness shown to me" My God Bless you. Princeton Enterprise is where I will be renting my cars from moving forward."
