"I responded online to a posting of a recent trade-in offered by BMW Cincinnati North that was so new, photos weren't yet available. Matt Tucker responded the next morning with a walk around video and a rather informative description of the car's condition. It turns out, he sold this car to the previous owner 2 years ago, so he had some familiarity with it already. My wife and I drove 3+ hours the next morning with an expected arrival by 10 AM. Matt held the car for us, despite other interest that developed after we spoke that afternoon prior. After the purchase was completed, the car remained at the dealership to be serviced, and have a minor door ding, and the curb rash on the rims repaired. They did an amazing job! We are so thankful for that courtesy that was extended to us. The car was described as "ultra-rare" and "ultra-clean", and both were accurate assessments of the 2019 Volvo S60 T-6 R-Design. The car drives and handles great. Thanks Matt, for your quick response to our inquiry, and to the rest of the BMW Cincy North team that we met and dealt with.
