"I spent over a week trying to get approval at a "reputable dealership" who used to be my go to for cars. I'm familiar with the car buying process and typically I am left uninformed of anything going on with approval and decisions. With Josh and Zack at the Fairfield location, everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the whole process. For those who keep saying negative things, this is a buy here pay here lot that actually offers a warranty when most other places do not. If you got any buy here pay here, in my opinion, you should take a mechanic with you like I did. Let the mechanic look at the engine and everything before making your decision. This place is great! Friendly and willing to help you, but you must be willing to help yourself as well! I had over five vehicles to choose from and the one I choose is doing great. Also, for future buyers READ the warranty READ the loan agreement. If you don't read it, you're the one to blame for not following the contract. Stop blaming the dealer. CINCY AUTO CREDIT is where it's at!!! I highly reccomend Zach and Josh!"

"I haven’t bought a car from them but as someone who did a deep dive through all the reviews, and who doesn’t want any mishaps with my own buying experience, shop at Paul’s Auto Sales and Service. This owner has responded rudely and sarcastically to every negative review and claims that each one has never purchased from them which I believe is highly doubtful. Who would take their time to down a company from which they have zero gain?? Overall they don’t seem to be in the best interest of customers so it’s better to put your money at Paul’s. Wonderful down payment options there and vehicles that won’t give out on you :)"

"Would highly recommend this place after being turned down by a so called place that says they help anyone after being told I could get a vehicle with a cosigner then being turned down even with a co-signer then being told by same place come back in they got me approved only to be told by same place the guy who told me I was approved is no longer there for that reason decided to stop in and try my luck and with no hesitation they was able to put me in a vehicle so I would 1000% recommend this place Josh at their Fairfield location was a very genuine individual and easy to work once again would recommend that place"

"My daughter was in a car accident and she had coverage from them. MEGAN from the gilbert location told her if she paid the deductible she would get a payout and be able to get another car. They received the payout for the car and told her she could not get another car until she paid the rest off the insurance company did not pay. If she would have communicated that to her at first we would not have wasted our time waiting,on top of that i had to call to get this info they did not call her . MEGAN is very Rude and inconsiderate. I am pissed I paid the deductible for her not to get another car and Megan probably pocket the money. I do not recommend them"

"Always...and I mean ALWAYS test drive the car 100 miles before you buy it. I mean go up huge hills to make sure the transmission don't slip. I drive to Dayton Ohio and back to give it time for any check engine lights to come on in case they disconnect the battery to reset it. Go early."
