"I got a lyft to pick me and my children up from the water park. We had just got out of the pool. Lyft is charging me $80 for damage because his seat got wet. I don't understand how you look at all of us with our wet clothes on and then charge for damage. I wish I knew how to put the pictures on here so that you all can see there is no damage just a wet spot."
"I have worked for Lyft for almost 5 years. There have been ups and downs, but when I totalled my car they were right there for me. I'm in a very nice, new car and am able to still do the job I love. Lyft has ways had my back, as a driver and a RIDER. But in complete honesty, I really don't like how there is no way to talk to an actual person when you need some help. I think that they should have a private number that only drivers can use and one for the riders. There have been times that I have needed to talk to my hub, and even Google do t have a number for them. It is very frustrating. Please fix that....."
