"Disappointed. I had a week long rental. When I returned the car, I made sure it was totally cleaned out, other than that the floors needed vacuuming. They charged me a $35 cleaning fee. I called Customer Service to complain about this. At first, they said there was nothing they could do. I told them a wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager and one called me back 2 days later. After I explained the situation, they refunded the $35. But just the same, I believe it was unethical to have been charged in the first place."
"Provided me the option to book a rental pick up for noon - THEY CLOSE AT NOON. Went to pick up my rental to be turned away because the guy who could rent out vehicles left. When he knew we were coming at noon because we previously spoke with him. They told us to go to different location, but couldn’t do that without our other vehicle we just took home to not pay extra for parking it in their garage. They refused to do anything else for us, so just had to cancel it and left having to now find a ride home. Don’t go here or at least don’t book at noon even though it provides that as a booking time. SCAM."

"ZERO STARS!!! My rental was filthy and on 37 miles to empty! The agent who drove it to me said she would note about the gas but didn’t so I was billed $67! The customer service is horrible and I will never rent from them ever again!"
