"I wanted to wait a few months after the purchase, just to make sure we didn't run into any problems and I'm happy to say that all went well. We feel happy with the deal we received and Kemon was a great guy to work with. I didn't detract a star, but I do want to mention a problem we had with their administrative office (separate from this location). You may have to stay on top of them to get your title sent to you. They ended up sending mine over a month late (it took 2 phone calls from me) and the temporary tags had even expired. Sending a title this late is against OH law and could've gotten me into trouble as well had I been pulled over. But, overall, I highly recommend these guys."

"SCAM COMPANY AND BROKEN VEHICLES. IM CURRENTLY CONTACTING A LAWYER FOR FRAUD. After all of this I found out that keymont and Dave falsified my loan application. Doubling my down-payment. Lowering what I pay in rent from $1770 to $300 . Saying I lived at my address longer. No wonder the bank refused my loan. It was clearly doctored. 11/2023 update The bank we financed through sent us a letter saying that they weren't in charge of the contract us and told us they weren't in charge of the contract anymore and imran was. We called imran who told us they were going to refinance us there and to bring the truck in to them. We couldn't bring the truck because it was broken down again for over a month. They towed it. Then told us that the bank repoed the vehicle for a missed payment (no payment was ever missed). Contacted the bank who said that imran bought the truck back from them. When we called imran they finally told us that they did buy the truck back. We couldn't have it back but they would be more than happy to put us in another car (why would I ever agree to another scam through them?!). Currently contacting a lawyer for auto dealership fraud. This place is a scam. They want your deposit and then will resell your vehicle after they take it back again. 9/2023 So many problems. Bought a chevy Avalanche on a friday. Didn't even make it home in the car before it broke down. They had to tow it back. It took over a week to get the car back, they had to completely replace the oil pump. The only way they wanted to reimburse us for the inconvenience was with some gas in the car. I complained and got them to put $250 towards the car payment. Now our first payment was due. We were told it would be biweekly and 1st payment was due on the 10th. Checked the app for the finance company last night and it said it was due on the 8th and it was a monthly payment. Tried calling imran back about it and Dave swears the finance company does it biweekly. So now I'm stuck with a monthly payment instead of the biweekly one I was promised, on a car that broke down before I even got it home. Don't make the same mistakes I did, go somewhere else."

"DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE ALL JUNK !!! My wife bought a van from here and it been in the shop ever since, we only had the van for a couple days before we had to place in shop and warranty didn't cover the first time due the contract you had to have the van for 15 days and put 1000 miles on it, so had to pay the repairs myself. Then when i finally got the van back drove it for a couple days and the check engine light came back on took back to shop now i need a whole new engine! We havent even had this van for 6 months and we have already put over thousands of dollars in repairs!!"
