Special Offer: Enjoy one day free of daily time and mileage charges when you rent an intermediate (Group C) to full-size four-door car (Group E) for a minimum of three days. Please note that taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are extra. Optional items such as LDW and other surcharges may also apply. This offer is valid for rentals commencing on or before December 31, 2023.
Terms and Conditions:
- Offer is not valid for one-way rentals.
- One coupon per rental, not combinable with other offers.
- Valid only at Budget locations in the contiguous U.S., excluding the New York Metro area.
- Advance reservations are required, and vehicle availability is subject to change.
- Renters must meet age, driver, and credit requirements. Additional surcharges may apply for renters under 25.

"Would never recommend reserved a suv on the 6th of August for the 7th until the 9th which was for a very important business matter. Car was to be picked up at 8 am from the Colerain location upon my arrival no one was there 30 min later I called customer service was given another reservation number I thought and told to go to another location went to East Galbraith location customer lady there was rude telling me when you call the company it's ran from India and they don't no anything here it was just a mess then was asked about my credit score and if it wasn't at least 650 I should go back to the Colerain location your score can be 600 she think. All this stress while trying to get to a hospital out of town I decided to use another company it was stress free and it definitely wasn't Budget Rental. Mrs. Elizabeth Hampton"
"Would never recommend to anyone . First day pulling off the lady gave me a vehicle completely different from the one I reserved . The vehicle did not drive at all. Check engine light was on & could not be driven on highway at all or up hills. I’m pregnant & said I didn’t feel comfortable driving so said I’d return the next day. Returned the next day for a different gentleman to be completely rude to me because I asked for the vehicle I reserved or similar. Instead he gave me a big vehicle. (Jeep truck)To be rude when I came off but nothing but polite is observed. Unprofessional."
"I rented a car from them that smelled awful and the backseat was covered in dog hair. When I tried to return it, this location would not answer the phone and corporate sent me to Glenway, where the lady yelled at me to go away and then they sent me to the airport. The airport replaced my car for me, but then I was double-charged some fees as well as charged $450 for the animal hair that was there when I picked up the vehicle."
"I went in after renting a car for 1 week. We later received to bills 1-$450 Charge and 1- $215 charge. On top of that we only got back $20 of $200 for the deposit. When I asked the lady at the Coleraine location she was completely unprofessional, rude and shouted at me when I was just trying to figure it out. She stated " she couldn't see the $450 charge and the $200 charge was for dog hair". I looked at pictures and dog hair was minimal due to us making sure seats were covered. She then told me to be more respectful as I was walking out the door. I will never go back to this location. We were charged over $1,100 for 1 week of rental and treated horribly when we looked into the additional charges!"
