"This dealership is very un professional, they got ahold of me regarding a KBB cash offer on my elderly mothers vehicle. I received a call from Shawn Moore who is a sales manager at this dealership. He stated that he reviewed an offer that she had received from Jeff Wyler of Fairfield which is close to her home. After speaking to him I was under the impression that he was going to beat the offer from the sister store. Once my mother drove out which is not close to home, they not only low balled her less than the KBB cash offer on a pristine, perfect condition vehicle, they didn’t even bother to let me know that they couldn’t cut a check due to computer issues. They wasted my time and my mother’s time while under false pretenses. I see this as very unprofessional and will never be doing any business with any Jeff Wyler in the future."
