"I’ve never left a Google review before but my experience was so horrible here I had to… I wanted to see a 2021 trailblazer, scheduled an appointment online, AND confirmed the night before it was available. I drove 2 hours to see this car just to learn it had been sold the night before. I was so upset and the Salesman assigned to me didn’t do anything to rectify the situation or help me find something else. 30 minutes after I left they called and said the previous person backed out and it actually WAS available now - and that they’d hold the car for me. I was already back home considering a different car at a different dealership at that point. I called back to confirm its actual availability, explaining to them that I’m i have a good offer on another car. They PROMISED ME the Trailblazer was available. I scheduled a new appointment the following morning to buy the trailblazer in full and then 3 hours later (after I’d cancelled the other offer I’d had on the other car) they called me a 3rd time to tell me the car was sold. Again. I declined and lost out on a great deal elsewhere because I trusted this dealership. Never waste your time here."
