"I’m still a bit confused about my car buying experience. Alpha Auto can definitely put you in a vehicle. It’s definitely easy. Here are some downfalls (1) When I first made contact via Facebook, I wanted the Kia Sedona on the lot, had way less miles than the Honda Odyssey I ended up purchasing. The gentleman told me it was available, all the way up to the time I told him I was in route to test drive the Kia. While in route to the lot, gentleman stated Kia had just been sold, which I said to myself ok someone beat me to it no biggie. Then I get to the lot and the Kia Sedona was still there untouched (doesn’t even look like it was a test drive given). I asked about it again, they wouldn’t even let me test drive the Sedona. This tells me they were keeping it for themselves (friend/family member). (2) After you purchase the vehicle they call and harass you repeatedly for information they should have gathered before allowing you to leave the lot if it was that important (car Insurance information and details) (3) I was told my vehicle would not be sold/transferred to a bank/finance company for 6 months, (to ensure timely payments and allow you to establish good payment history). That was a complete lie. They had the finance company calling me back to back not even 3 days after purchase to gather information and take over the loan. I feel like the car dealership intentionally deceived me and said whatever they needed to to make the sale. But I guess that’s all people in life, say and do whatever to get what they want. (4) My vehicle that I’ve had for maybe 2-3 months is now exhibiting transmission issues. This place is a train wreck. If you can afford to go somewhere else please do so. The only true buy here pay here lots are out route 4 in Hamilton OH. They truly keep your loans. Paul’s Automotive, Payless Auto Sales and Discover Auto. Their vehicles run great and have less miles. I really wish I would’ve stuck with my instinct and went with what I know in Hamilton. I was tired of leaving the city (Cincinnati) just to buy a vehicle."
