Budget Truck Rental

"Stay away my Sister did a reservation online for a compact car for $50 ridiculous when there usually $30 but when we got there they told her they didn't have any compact cars but she could get an SUV for $126 per day. SCAMMERS...CROOKS.."

"Warning: Do not rent from here! Rented a Durango from this location. Had 29,000 miles... fairly new. Was covered in scratches and had a broken tail light. The inside doors had a white film almost as if someone used the wrong cleaning solution and stripped the panels. The oil was completely black and thick like the oil had never been changed. Upon returning I was thanked on how clean the vehicle was and I went on my way just to check my bank account 3 days later and see a cleaning charge of $54! This vehicle was cleaner when I dropped it off then it was when I received it, not to mention I returned it 24 hours easier then my reservation had me scheduled for. Terrible experience and will not be a returning customer! Not to mention the office smells like very dirty rabbit bedding I almost couldn’t take it! Enterprise is right across the street and seems like a much better place to rent from."

"Enterprise Rental is within walking distance don't play with the schmoes. Don't mess with budget they don't know anything about customer service at this location. So I walk my butt down the street and got real service service"

"My brother and I flew in from NY so we could move his stuff out of his apartment to CT. Due to a slight delay with our flight we arrived at 1:12, and as we walked in the guy behind the counter looked at us and said we are closed. They closed at 1 and we had a reservation for a 10ft truck. We apologized and just asked if we could pick up the truck to which he responded that he doesn't have a truck. There was a truck sitting on the side of the building, see picture, and he was claiming he didn't have one. We asked him about it, and he said he didn't have a truck. This was one of the worst customer service experiences, I've ever had. Not to mention I now had to find another truck while standing in the rain outside of this establishment."

"Reserved a truck, went inside 12 mins late for reservation because of a delayed flight and the guy stated there were no trucks available even though there was one sitting outside. He refused to help us because they closed at 1pm on Saturday and we walked in at 1:12. I even tried to show him the reservation and he would not even look at it. Terrible customer service, do not rent from here."
