"Overall, awesome experience with Karina and Alex. I had recently been in an accident where my car was totaled. I really liked my car and despite getting a decent insurance payout, looked around to see if I could replace my exact same car as opposed to buying new… I was visiting out of state and saw my car on their website. I stopped by without calling and after seeing a car in even better condition than my old car, stopped in the office. Karina took me to Enterprise to see if I could leave my rental and Jacqui at Enterprise confirmed I could. I came to the office and Alex hooked me up (good credit and a decent down payment probably helped a tid bit). Despite excellent credit (850+), the original interest rate offered by Capital One was not great. Alex called Capital One and got them to lower the rate by more than a percentage point to make it more competitive with the rate being offered by my credit union (PenFed). Overall, excellent service. When I am in the market for a used car again, I will come see Alex and Karina."
