Zips Car Wash

"I had given up on the Hall Road - Alcola Tennessee Zips. I had tried to sign up for the one month 2 month free promotion, and the app would not work on my phone. I confronted the attendant and he gave me a business card for the home office - which did not open up for 3 more hours. He was a nice looking guy, but no help. My car was desperate to be washed, so tonight I decided to try one more time for the volunteer Tuesday. The attendant Michael was so helpful. He offered me an air freshener, and offered any help if I needed. A true go getter and very professional- nothing like what I experienced the last two times I’ve come. I watched him empty trash cans, and fil bottles,and fold rags. This while the others stood around and visited. He’s a keeper. There is hope for the Zips on Hall road with Michael. Thank you"

"I went to clean my Jeep, and Caleb .P. Was amazing, he took the time to explain to me a few things that could happen while going through the car wash with my Jeep, but he said he would make sure that doesn’t happen. I am a mother of 2 beautiful mini me’s, 7yr and 7weeks, so of course my car is a mess. I was wiping the inside of my Jeep, and he made sure that I had plenty of clean rags to use. I had to vacuum out my Jeep and it took me over an hour, I didn’t realize how quick 8pm came (which is closing time for Zips car wash) Caleb walked over to me to let me know it was closing time, but he seen that I was almost finished so he kept the vacuums running for another 20min so I could finish cleaning my Jeep. He was really nice and he had amazing customer service! 10 outta 10 would recommend and I definitely will be back when I need to clean any of my vehicles (inside or outside of the car) Thank you Caleb!"

"I have a membership with zips and when I first purchased it I was very pleased with the service. It seems that any time I go now that there is something wrong with the wash. From low soap content in spray to brushes that are not working, low pressure on rinse leaving soap on vehicles, the exit of the wash having trash and mud you drive through after the half washing you get. I have called administration and they don't seem to care. Update: Since my last post things are still on the decline. Had part of my bumper torn off of my truck. Done a report and was called by a manager "Torey" and was told that the carwash didn't malfunction so they where not liable for the damages. After it was off it was ran over by another car that was behind me so completely trashed. This was a factory bumper and bolted on not just clips. Canceled my membership and turned into my insurance. Will update later on the conclusion. Loved having a membership just terrible customer service. Stay away far away!!"
