"If you’re going to give me a paper showing me “vehicle checks and services Performed”, can you at least actually do them! I came in for an oil change, my low tire pressure light was on, you claimed you checked my PSI’s and they were good, you did not. I was also low on washer fluid, because my car notified me, you claimed my fluid was FILLED. Big L."

"We asked to have the front tires replaced with new ones and the front ones rotated to the back. When it was done, we were informed they put the new tires on the back. I asked why and was told the back tires were worse. I could not get an effective explanation about why they didn't just replace the front ones and call it a day. The guy who did it was very obnoxious. I had to call my brother-in-law, who is a mechanic to get an explanation that made sense. Manufacturers now recommend the better tires be put on the back. It shouldn't have taken so much to get a one sentence explanation that cleared up my question. Also, they should have given us a call before they did so. We'll never go back here."

"The gentleman that took care of us certainly did not give a hoot about customer service. I looked past that though. BUT when I got my car back after the new tires were installed, they left a ton of smudged up lubricant all over EVERY hub cap. It looked like black smudges. I called them about it and they said use soap and water. Why didn't they wipe this off themselves? I had some disinfectant wipes that actually worked (not soap and water). The point is that I've had tire changes for over 25 years and have never seen the mess they left on my wheels! Also whatever method they use, left small scratches on the hubs as well. They are like cylindrical scratches, so obviously some way they were rigging up or taking off the tires? I will never go back there. So sloppy and inconsiderate."

"Billy L. Put in the wrong tire size. So I show up with a flat tire, wait 4 hours and he lets me know he doesn't have tires for my car. Puts the flat tires back on backwards, was rude and disrespectful to me and the customer in front of me. 100% will NEVER go back. Thanks for nothing Billy L."

"The service manager was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off when I would ask questions. I usually expect this being a woman and getting my car serviced, but this he was acting unnecessarily rude. He told me that they couldn’t change my oil because of a coolant leak, which was semi understandable, but after talking to someone it seems it still could have been done, he likely just didn’t want to. I asked him if he knew about where the leak was located and he said he couldn’t tell me even if he knew, which I have never heard from someone who actively works on cars. Being a decent human can go a long way and I feel his attitude and response to customer questions was completely unprofessional and uncalled for."
