"10 out of 10 recommend!! TL Brooks is who you need to call for all of your heating and air needs! I’ve been in my new construction home for almost 4 years. The company who installed my AC unit (NOT TL Brooks), did not do it correctly. It has not worked properly since day 1. Every summer and winter the unit would break down and we’d be left without air or heat for days. That was until Mr. Brooks helped us. He was the FIRST heating and air professional out of several who correctly identified the problem and helped us fix it. My family and I are so thankful to have found this company!! "Terry saved us over 2,000.00 when we moved here in April of 2023. We knew we needed to have a routine checkup on our air conditioning. We called a company and they told us we needed to pay $2000 for a multitude of different parts. The unit was only seven years old, and we knew that that could not be right since it was newer. We were referred to Terry. When he came out, he looked at it and told us there is nothing wrong. Showed us different parts that the other company wanted to charge for replacing that were in perfect condition. We were so thankful for his honesty and will be his customer for life! We had another situation. My mom is 87 years old and recently moved here to Knoxville and bought a home. After moving in for a few days her heater would not come on, she panicked and called a company, who came out and said that she needed a new unit and wanted to charge her between 12,000-16,000 to replace her heater.They sent her pictures of her unit and said it could not be fixed. Of course, I told her we needed to call Terry. Terry showed my mom the inside of her unit. The pictures that the company showed her were definitely not of my mom’s unit. They were no doubt taking advantage of my mom. Terry was able to fix the issue for approximately $1000.00. Saving my mom so much money. I just can’t express how much my family appreciates you Terry. You are a honest business owner that will NEVER take advantage of your customers to make a money. My advice to anyone reading this review is to call Terry before you call anyone else!"

"We have used TL Brooks for nearly 10 years. We have three homes that Terry has provided OUTSTANDING service for our HVAC systems. He is exceptional in his knowledge of HVAC and his commitment to providing us with the absolute best value. He helped us get at least 4 additional years out of our failing 20+ year old system (not a system he installed, but he serviced brilliantly). When it was finally time to replace all three units in our main home, Terry selected and expertly installed a wonderful system that has worked flawlessly. His prices are very reasonable and his work ethic is top notch. If we ever need service, he is super fast to reply and get us on his schedule very quickly. He is trustworthy, professional and reliable. He has a great deal of integrity and stands behind all of his work. He will never try to sell you something you do not need. We have referred many of our friends to Terry and they are equally thrilled with his work. He has earned a great reputation and has a very loyal client base. Highly recommend him! Don't waste your time calling anyone else."

"This is the worst company ...I would not ever recommend this guy period..he installed a AC unit and somehow disconnected my heat..he had to come out 3 times in 4 months to recharge the unit,and finally found a leak in my coil..he said he ordered it and would be at my house on a Tuesday at 9:30am.. I asked him to bring the part he's "said" he ordered for my heat!! Well the next text I got!! I'm not doing it..you will have to find someone else...he Left my family most of the summer without Air..I had to get window units till I finally found a honest person"
