"For the price it was decent enough. Perks: King size bed that was comfortable. Friendly hostess in the office. Cons: flies, flies everywhere, the doors have enough room for flies to come into the room despite keeping door closed at all times and woke up to 3-4 flies in our room. Leaking A/C unit had floor wet at all times. Cleaning service was rude as hell. Knocked on door and simply asked in an annoyed voice "Need anything?" Well remaking my bed and removing trash would be nice but she didn't even come into the room. So I declined and took trash to dumpster myself and made my own bed despite being obviously pregnant. No breakfast as stated on the advertisement. Just stale donuts and cheap coffee. The Dunkin donuts tasted better next door. The pool was nasty and looks as if it hasn't been cleaned all year. We asked for a quiet room due to being pregnant and husband a US Army soldier buy we're put by the loudest neighbors next to stairs. Had to go to Walmart and buy earplugs. Walls are very thin and don't need to be hearing people having sex. Refrigerator smelled horrible as if never been cleaned out. But if your just staying a night. It's cheap. No bed bugs and comfortable bed. That's only perks."

"The room was in very good condition with new flooring and in great state of repair. However the cleanliness or lack thereof was not acceptable. The hostess did offer another room but my wife and I cleaned the room instead. The bathroom floor was filthy. The sink, counter and inn tables were filthy. The room reeked of tobacco smoke and the deodorizer used to try and mask it. The sheets had urine and other stains. Hair was in the one bed. When we received clean sheets one was thread bare in spots and all had cigarette burns in them. If you are a non smoker or have allergies I would not stay here."

"Surprisingly very clean. I wiped the table and computer chair down with a disinfectant wipe and to my surprise there was virtually no dirt on the wipe upon finishing. Not what I was expecting. Owner seemed a bit skeptical of me, being a young man so he wasn't the most polite guy ive ever met but wasn't rude either. Hes probably just used to young people trashing his rooms. Great price, great place."

"My family and I came here to flee away from Hurricane Florence. We had horrible luck getting the selection of hotel choices provided from our company. We ran across this one due to the lowest price available. Much to our surprise upon arrival, it was amazing! The owner and staff are super friendly and very welcoming! The rooms were clean and did not have that musty smell like some of these place locally. We stayed here for two nights until our company switched our hotel to another one (Inn of Lenoir). We were so thankful that was only for 1 night and was switched back to the Knights Inn the next day! We have never been so relieved to be back in a hotel that cares about your family, your situation, and the care you receive. A big thank you to this hotel for making my families stay here, even through a disasterous time in our lives, more enjoyable. We can not thank you enough!!!"

"Front desk staff was absolutely great. We got what seemed to be a semi updated room. I score my hotels on the amount of comfort. The location was convenient. The beds were clean and all bedding in new condition. Parking was easily accessible. I've not had breakfast yet but I was told it was a full breakfast (waffles and what not). Price was great. They give military discounts. The hotel I stayed in last night was half the room (in size and comfort) than this one but 10$ more. I didn't add the 5th star because of the bathroom. It's old (not a biggie) and wasn't clean. I have to take a star for that because taking a shower is part of comfort."
