"We were a little concerned because of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised with a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. Very quiet room. And, right next door to a Cracker Barrel/ we walked there! I would recommend this hotel! Ann"
"This review is for Days Inn by Wyndam Davenport Jason Way. A recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndam confirmed that this hotel has been making incredible improvement in quality of rooms, service, and hospitality. During my stay, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and downright friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the changes in customer focus from prior month reviews were remarkable. I was skeptical of my booking until I personally witnessed many customer-friendly experiences. I would highly recommend this hotel for price, room comfort, service, and location. The continental breakfast was alway organized, clean, new machines and very satisfying. I will not stay anywhere else in the Davenport area on any future opportunity. I highly recommend this hotel. Ownership and staff are still improving this hotel. Don't base your decision on prior reviews. Stay with these people. You will not be disappointed. Mid July 2024 business travel occupant."

"Checked in for a week. It's been 2 days and the air conditioning still doesn't work. Asked the front desk to send someone to fix it but apparently they don't care if it gets fixed or not"
"Checked in at 11:30pm. Was only then very rudely informed there was $100 deposit for room, which was told it would go back on my card the following day but took 4 business days. Got unpacked in room and TV doesn't work. Called front desk and man was not happy about me calling. He came and couldn't fix TV and seemed irritated when I asked to switch rooms. Went to new room which had broken hangers on the shelves and there was an adjoining room with my door having been unlocked and open. Asked for noon check out due to changing rooms and was told it was additional $10/ hour for late check outs with no exceptions. Smelled pot smoking everywhere. Signs posted saying forgive the mess due to remodeling. Ha. Second floor had active leak so ceiling tiles removed with 5 gallon bucket. Horrible customer service and not worth your money. Would sleep in my car before ever coming back here."
