"I recently applied for a property of theirs. I met with Stephanie. I met with her to look at the property and see if I could potentially rent to own the property. They deal with clients who don’t have the best credit and claim they will work with you. I specifically explained to her my credit situation wasn’t where I needed it to be and I could wait and clean it up and come back and apply later. I am financially stable and cash wasn’t a issue and I’m cleaning up my credit as we speak. she insisted that I continue and fill out the $39 application for me and a $39 application for my spouse. Completed that turned in all my documents and waited to hear back. In the beginning we talked via text and she replied promptly. After I paid the app fees I messaged her and didn’t hear back at all like she was replying in the beginning. I was denied due to credit risks which I specifically stated in the beginning and due to my background that I didn’t mention in the beginning because I had my records sealed and expunged and the charges were from years ago. I didn’t mention them because not because of embarrassment but because I had them cleared and am not to be judged by my past. Long story short I feel as if she had be waste my money and knew I’d be denied from the beginning. I’m not saying they’re bad people but some places take applications just to collect money and deny people. In closing if you plan on going thru these people ask all the questions needed and put everything out on the table. I called a different company and got approved by doing so. Hope this helps someone."
