"Employees are rude teens, they dont know what is respect to customer. They behave like owners of the club, but owner is also not much better person. Very rude guy. If you respect your dollar you dont want to spend it here. Those kids should not be employed. And the owner should be more respectful with customers. Not everyone should be in business serving customers. But my money goes where i decide."

"I signed up for a membership just yesterday. Upon signing up, all customer service and help navigating the sign up process at the kiosk completely disappeared after the staff confirmed they got me in as a member. I was left at the kiosk to figure things out while the guy helping me was pulled by another staff member so that both employees could help the next older gentleman coming in. Admittedly the kiosk was very easy to finish. However after I finishing the kiosk, I kinda hung out for a minute or two to see what are next steps. The lady then asked if there was anything else I needed. I was a bit confused since I didn’t get a tour or shown the app or anything yet. The original guy helping me told her my app wasn’t set up yet, and she very dismissively said I’ll get the email and can do it on my own. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Upon checking 1-2 two star reviews and seeing how recent they are, I ran over immediately to cancel. And not to my surprise, there wasn’t any staff member on shift when I came to do so- cancellations are done on the kiosk. Good luck to this gym!"

"You have to go in person to cancle. I cancled because I was in a car accident and had to get help to go there to cancle, paid for several months I wasn't using it cause i couldn't get there. They refused to allow me to cancle any other way. Its a money grab. Now, a year later I have been resigned up against my will and cannot get ahold of anyone to find out why or how they were allowed to resign me up without my permission. Horrible businesses practices."

"Requested a freeze on account and ~30 emails plus calls later their “CSRs” are running in circles trying to AVOID honoring it even though everything was done correctly on our end. Each email from them states a different issue. I have supplied documentation but I guess they are not looking at it. What a sham company! Am looking into filing with the BBB to resolve this. This company is unreasonable!"

"The staff is not friendly and not willing to offer assistance, or answer questions about equipment. They direct you to scan the QR code and watch a video, rather than taking the time to ensure members are using equipment safely. My biggest mistake was actually believing the person that signed me up at this location regarding term, and what my membership includes. Totally my mistake for not reading the reviews before signing the agreement. If you’re looking for an unfriendly staff, then this is the location for you!"
