About the Business
Welcome to Christ Memorial Health Center, located at 5252 South Lindbergh Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri. Our mission is to build healthy bodies and souls, one person at a time, by offering hope and healing in a welcoming and supportive environment. As a missional platform of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, we support the Loved Sent focus by encouraging health in body, mind, and spirit through our comprehensive fitness, education, and wellness services.
At Christ Memorial Health Center, we believe in promoting holistic health. We proudly operate a FREE Fitness Center, providing access to a wide range of services designed to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle. Our offerings include nutrition advice, weight management programs, personal training sessions, and a variety of fitness classes suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. From Yoga and Pilates to Strength Training and the Feldenkrais Method, our classes make it easier than ever to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
Our fitness center also serves as a Rehabilitation Center on weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm. Staffed by a specially trained Registered Nurse, this service addresses the needs of community members who are unable to access traditional rehabilitation services due to insurance limitations or lack of coverage.
We are proud partners with SilverSneakers, Renew, and Maryville University, and our center's establishment was made possible by generous grants from organizations such as the Lutheran Foundation, Thrivent Financial, and others. Since moving into a former Target store in 2005, we have continued to expand our services to benefit both our congregation and the wider community.
