"If I can give this place a lower rating I would I have never had an issue with a rental car company that comes to this magnitude. Decided to try out the Uber side and rent to not put miles on my car. First Wed before I even left the parking the service light was on I was told don’t worry about it. I obliged the . Thurs comes along and I was in the midst of picking up a customer when I got a flat tire. The customers were nice and even went inside a bar to get some gentleman m to help me change the tire . Once they changed the tire to a donut they had noticed how the tire was bad all along and that it had wires showing and said i shouldn’t even have got the car and to take it back immediately. I agreed I called the. Avis complaint line they told me to take it back to location but location was closed so they told me to go to the airport I told them I was worried. About the donut but they told me someone would swap my car out at the location but once I got there the manager told me she couldn’t do nothing for me acted like my life was valuable even though I told her I live almost 50 miles from the airport. Fri I get to the location and explain the situation the representative told me to go to the Firestone goes to tell me that they don’t pay their account so they couldn’t help me but the guy went to go look at the tire and said they couldn’t even help because the rim was cracked. I called the local location and asked the rep why would she have me drive down to the Firestone and have me waste time etc when she knows I’m on a donut. She got snippy and tried to tell me it’s my responsibility to get the tire changed I told her this is her job and I’m not understanding why know one is willing to help me . I got off the phone with her and called Avis complaint line , another Avis location that does Uber but they were unwilling to help I called uber as well and they said all they could do is note the experience. I called everyone once I got off the phone with everyone and drove the car back to the location very slowly (donut had a slow leak) I returned keys but location was closed . It is now Monday I got up called the Avis line and noticed my contract was still open went up to the location bright and early the rep said the manager wasn’t there so I had to wait till 11am . Waited talked to manager explained my frustration and told her everything. You know this lady tried to tell me it’s my fault I should have called roadside.Which I did to call Uber which I did. I told her I talked to everybody and sent a BBB report only for her to tell me I will have to pay for a tire that was already messed up when here the tire was showing wires I signed up online for insurance etc and told her I have never had a issue with renting in all my years of renting with Avis . And for me to point out an issue first hand to only be blamed for a bad tire and then trying to say I cracked the rim when I didn’t is crazy…. I’m appalled if you don’t want to go through what I’m currently going through don’t rent at this location and drive your own vehicle it’s not worth the headache to be blamed for a car that was already an issue. "Location excessively over authorizes your card, for unexplained charges. Had rental for months, ultimately became so frustrated with how unprofessionally my bank account was used repeatedly each week, I returned the car a month ago. To date, there is still an unexplained charge authorized and being held. I have had to open a case with the BBB against this location and pursue a small claims case in order to get the situation rectified. I would avoid this location at all costs. You will ultimately regret it."

"Charlotte at Avis was extremely rude to my partner today when he arrived at 8am to pick up the car he had reserved and paid for the night previous. He was informed that Charlotte had sold his car the night before, and there were no vehicles available for him. She laughed in his face while telling him there was nothing she could do. Customer service was also extremely unhelpful, shuffling him around between people and refusing to honor the rental agreement he had already paid for. Your broken website database and terrible employees are not your customers' problem. It is unlikely we will ever use your services again, and will make sure to warn all of our friends and family about the horrible way Avis is run."

"Booked in advanced online. Staff Charlotte was very polite and helpful. I needed to make a last minute adjustment to my reservation and she explained all the charges. Got the car and it was ABSOLUTELY filthy on the inside; stains, holes, and hair. Also the tire pressure sensor light was on. Service was 5 star, cleanness brought it down to 3."
