"I recently bought a 2014 kia forte from this dealership, I was told that the car passed safety inspection before I purchased the car, which apparently, he got someone to pass the vehicle, I noticed a airbag light on the dash before buying the vehicle, about 5 minutes after leaving the lot I tried to used the horn and it did not work, checked fuses they all looked good, only other thing I could think it could be is the clock spring in the steering wheel was broke, which made sense considering the airbag light stayed on the dash, brought it to the dealership because there were 4 recalls that was not completed and they confirmed that I was right, and asked if the car had front end damage, which I verified on carfax, after they replaced it horn worked perfect, in the state of Missouri it is illegal to pass a car without a working horn, I inspect semi trucks daily, and would not pass a vehicle without the horn working, to his credit he did offer to try and fix it but honestly I didn't feel safe leaving it alone in the area they are located in, whenever buying used make sure you check everything is working correctly before buying because once you sign the papers somebody elses problem is yours, don't trust anyone. once it leaves the lot, everything is on you, regardless of if you did it or not. be safe out there everyone."
