"Spoke with service clerk - Laura. Seemed nice and understanding when I dropped off my Alfa Guilia 2021- then when things needed repaired she was rude, demanding, disrespectful to where I had to get my father involved to clear up my questions, acted like I was an inconvenience to her and threatened to report a loaner they let me drive until my vehicle was finished. Come to find out- the dealership couldn’t identity if my part was factory or aftermarket. The rudeness that I received from this rep is something I have never experienced at a dealership. If one needs a cashier- this is the person to go, but if have questions about a warranty or how the cars function. You better ask someone else. Horrible customer service experience next time I come back here I will only ask for one of the guys. Don’t get service from this person. My time is valuable. Don’t treat people as if they’re below you!"

"This place is amazing! I baught a beautiful 2009 f-150xlt. They went above and beyond my expectations.they were even able to get my Interest rate amazing despite things that would normally make it higher around 23%ish. They blew my expectations out of the water. The staff was amazing and all interactive with me.. My chosen salesman was Ken Betts. To the People reading this, no one was pushy, everyone was understanding of my initial situation, responded fast, wanted to help me and it was like I was going vehicle shopping with my own family.
