Once I confirmed the specific car I liked and was ready to buy, they let us run out to bring the van home for a few hours so we could look it over on our own and test drive it. When we agreed it was a good buy, they were happy to email me the initial paperwork to complete and send back ahead of time so that once I was finished with work, I could come down and complete the process. All I needed was the title and keys for my trade in, my ID, proof of insurance and down payment and the whole in person process took less than an hour. !!! It has never taken less than 3 or 4 hours before- I was able to complete this sale on a weeknight after work! Even after purchasing, Jeff has been great about following up to ensure I’m still happy with the car and if there’s anything else he can do to help. My mom recently bought her own car through another Enterprise Car Sales location and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend to anyone car shopping to start here first!!!"
