"Do not rent from here I went on and on and on with them regarding a rental they told me that I can bring in a bill so I start preparing to get a bill. They said it has to be a copy of a bill so I call them back and tell them that I have a copy, they said it has to be in PDF form. I have the PDF form they said you have to log into your account here and verify here as if I’m some kind of criminal or something. These people are disgusting if you value your money go somewhere else."

"Branch Manager Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated same day in a car to my liking even with my age restrictions of being 24 and they were originally fully booked as well!"

"While traveling, my rental car had a flat and Enterprise Customer Service sent me to this location to do a swap. This location did not have a car for me and told me to either go to the airport to do a swap or that I could go to a Firestone to get the car fixed myself. Because I had already been given the run around with Customer Service, before heading to the airport I called the airport and they didn't have a car for me. So this store just sent me there without checking to see if the airport really could take care of me - it was just easier to get rid of me! Then I called Firestone to see if I could come in and they said it doesn't work like that and I would have to have Enterprise make an appointment for me. So I had to go back into the store and request that they make me an appointment to get their vehicle fixed. All in all - not great support. Not even good. It's crystal clear that this company, customer support and peer branches don't communicate - they just toss their customers back and forth without ensuring that their customers can truly be taken care of."

"Our experience started bad when we came to pick up the car and they (Miric and Christian) didn't have the one we had reserved and they didn't volunteer to call around to another Enterprise to see if they had the one we reserved. We wanted a Nissan Rouge, but ended up with a Mitsubishi Mirage for our trip to Colorado for a graduation. But we brought the car back and explained to Reed what happened and he made it up to us to earn our good graces back. Thank you, Reed for making a bad experience better. Bless you!!"
