"Be prepared to wait for two hours to get a car even when you reserve it ahead of time. They serve customers at a random order and not first come first serve -- it makes no sense. If someone has been waiting 10 minutes vs 1 hour and 30 minutes, you should clean the second persons car and attend to them before the person that just got there. I told them nicely that I had been waiting and they still help customers that come afterwards even when they could've been cleaning and preparing my car. Really illogical customer service"

"They claim no haggle, but you better make darn sure that your credit scores are at least in the 600-700 range or better, especially if you're trying to buy a vehicle from them because if not, there will be numerous of financial institutions they use that will turn you down and bring your credit scores down even further. I didn't know they had done that to me until I went through a car dealership and they saw how many times my credit scores had been ran. But, the only difference is I still got approved through the car dealership and not Enterprise. If I could give Enterprise a zero I would, but it's not an option. So, I gave them what they deserved."
