"These people (husband&wife team) directly lie and deceive. Mark Wells led me on about a property. He assured me he was waiting for a response from the property owners. Assured me I was the only serious buyer. Assured me he would contact me as soon as he knew more. After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I touch base and get told the property is in escrow... I also requested info and to arrange a walkthrough of another property. They still have yet to accommodate those requests."
