"This contractor didn't arrange to have a face to face meeting for the job. I wanted my raingutters replaced and some of the downspots that had been damaged and I wanted everything to match. He replaced the ones that were attached to the house, didn't run the downspouts away from the house like the originals, and ignored the downspout that needed replacing, saying it's part of a modular system in the carport. I get that, but I still have a downspout that needed replacing that he could have easily done and had the materials on hand. Had he bothered to have a meeting with me. I'm pretty upset about the job, but the work he did seems to be okay so I'll give him 2 stars but the lack of communication and illegible proposal and only showing up when I was gone didn't help. If he'd had the meeting there would have been no misunderstandings and for the money involved it should have happened. In addition, the 2 other comments left were pretty old and the contributors don't seem to have any online footprint besides the absolutely glowing recommendations they paint for JB. Hmmm...."
