"Double check the parts you're looking for. I went in for some bulbs I couldn't find in the book and an older lady with long nails compared my bulbs to whatever they had in the aisle without checking in the system. I asked, if that is the exact replacement, she said yes, so I took the bulbs and tried them out but they were not the same. I returned and a young worker looked up for the actual replacements in the system and confirmed that the ones the lady gave me were not the ones I was looking for so he did find me the right ones. This may not seem like a big deal but I have gotten the wrong bulbs before and they have worked but shortly after, they cause damage to the surroundings by overheating."
"Can’t give enough stars to Customer service , I called late in the day and spoke to a Rucio very knowledgeable , great listening skills, and being able to help not only give me multiple options for my vehicle , excellent in service as a parts specialist, she pulled my parts aside and they were right up front ready to go .made my total time parking , paying and leaving under 5 min, that’s service !!!"
