"This is for Walmart The Super center in Oxnard CA. I was at the super center 3 days ago. And it was the worst of the worst shopping day of my life .someone stole my phone I asked Walmart and several people quite a few, but no one would lend me a phone since that day I was gonna call uber for a ride but I didn't have my phone since it was stolen there I also went to several associates and also 3 managers all of them wouldn't take the time to help me. especially the managers or supervisors so I ended up being stranded at Walmart with no ride home and I was in crutches THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WAS ALMOST IN TEARS I ENDED UP GETTING HOME late when a gentleman appeared and he gave me a ride he was the helpful Honda guy. The hat guy Brian Andrews from Honda of Ventura I give them 10 stars !!! Thanks Brian I appreciate you..... You were just heaven sent or who knows what could have happened to me I couldn't call my wife or family until he showed up"

"Walmarts are Walmarts, you can't expect much. Those who complain about "not enough employees" would be much more burdened by the increase in prices more staff would create. So most reviews are useless. Especially those ones! However even with accepting service isn't going to be great, I'm still disappointed. I've had more problems with this store and their useless "General Managers". Speaking of, I ordered a delivery to my house. They input an incorrect address, and sent it to a third location, meaning they didn't confirm the address when they "delivered". They even took a picture of my groceries in front of the wrong house and sent it to me! Now comes the very very very hard part. Getting actual help. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, because no one wanted to help me. I called the delivery department and was answered by a very very very rude woman, who tried to insist it was my fault. She finally saw it was her mistake, the said she had to transfer me. I was never transferred anywhere. I sat on hold, then eventually hung up. I called right back asking to speak to the General Manager. I was put on hold for a long time with people who aren't the GM asking what I want. I finally get to the GM, and he takes 20 minutes to refund everything BUT the delivery fee. For the delivery I never received. I don't mind paying more for actual service, and competence. EVERYTIME I call it's like this. Everybody's eager to make matters worse with their "help"."

"In regards to the other Walmarts within a half hour drive of where I’m located, this one is by far the best. The few times I’ve needed help the staff have been very friendly and helpful, though it does take quite some time to get assistance at times. They have a full food shopping area that gives more options than the other Walmarts near me as well as having a full electronics, cookware, hygiene, clothing, and stationary sections."
