"This store has really gone down hill in recent years. There were boxes everywhere and when I walked in today and was hit with the STRONGEST odor of cat pee and cockroach smell. The smell was stomach turning and I didn't stay very long for fear of whatever was making the smell."

"This particular 99 Cent Only store in Oxnard is my favorite discount store for small items around a dollar. Plus, the location is good, with very easy parking right out front. My favorite items: microfiber cloths (just use water, will lift grease on handrails and cabinets in no time, no chemicals), triple antibiotic ointment, wide tooth combs (a MUST have for long hair), good assortment of fresh vegetables."
