"Excellent selection for building material they've always treated us very fairly for the product"
"Went to buy sixteen 3-5” cobble stone rocks to lay around a few plants in a planter. Was told they weighed in at over 200 pounds! Impossible as I could hold at least half to two-thirds of them In my arms easily. Workers were adamant it was correct even after I showed them how I could carry them easily in my arms. They were rude claiming ,”Well you must be strong”and “want to make a bet that we are correct”. I opted NOT to purchase the rocks as the total was near $200 and I will NOT return. An obvious scam. If you go here make sure you know what you’re buying! *Update……went today to Carlson & Sons supply in Thousand Oaks today. Bought the same size and type of rocks there. Even bought a couple extra (18). They weighed them in our presence at 60 pounds! So much for Prime’s insistence that they were over 200 pounds. I knew it wasn’t possible."
"Knowingly sold us bad decomposed granite. Manager had been told batch was bad. Had to return heavy bags myself and they gave me attitude. Paid for new batch and they charged $85 for delivery when we live only 3 minutes away. Worker delivering the new scoops wore no mask and needed to borrow our shovel. Prices are high so we expect better products and service. And they don’t seem to treat their workers well either. (The workers loading materials are always polite and hard working.) We try to buy local, but they don’t seem to care about their community."
"These guys are awesome! I've come to them several times seeking suggestions about what materials to use for projects. They've always been very helpful and informative. Great humor, too - enjoyed a good laugh with several of the employees today. They had exactly what I wanted at a great price (75lb bags of Mexican pebble stone) and helped me load my vehicle. They have a HUGE selection of materials. Go here! Thanks guys!"
"I haven't bought anything here yet, but I'm going to. The people inside at the counter were very knowledgeable, and the guys outside in the yard were helpful and quick. It was easy to get paver samples and samples with a few different sealers on them as well. Their prices seem reasonable and competitive with the other stone places we checked out."
