"For the most part I am extremely pleased with the staff…except the CNA’s. Who appartently doesn’t know where to find the ice and water machine. I have verballly asked for improvement in this area for years. No improvement has been made…therefore I have to purchase water for my resident! Otherwise, all is good."

I just admired the health care treatment that Solaris provided.the nurse, Tina was especially helpful and if and when my mother (if she ever needs assistance) should need a facility for health care, then Solaris is where I will take her. The staff is exceptionally well qualified in my book, if you ever need this type of care I highly recommend Solaris."

"If you care about your elderly loved ones - do NOT send them to Solaris Pensacola. Where reviews are available they are mostly negative. After my family’s experience today I fully understand why. They will deny care when you advocate for an elderly person that cannot advocate for themselves. I will never consider them again for anyone that I love and care for."
