"Wow!!! I'll just start with that. These guys unfortunately had to come through back to back days, but the communication and passion for what they do is bar non TOP NOTCH!!!. The owner, I believe is Jeff, Came by to put his seal/stamp of approval on the job each day but the worker he had is incredible. I'll go as far as to say he's actually more of an inspirational person in my honest opinion. His name is Tony. I was (and this is no Bull$hit) completely taken aback by his knowledge and work ethic. I in fact sat out back with him and even learned some things myself. We've had 3 compressors go out since getting a brand new outside unit after hurricane Michael. Its always the same thing. On the first day he had everything done and ready to go when I came downstairs to bring down a portable unit they loaned us btw. But suddenly the new compressor (number 4 at this point) flipped the breaker and blew out right then lol. Not actually funny, but in hindsight I should have mentioned that issue before he got started so that part is on me. Well long story short, they brought me a brand new unit the next day, and were very communicative on when to expect them so it didn't hinder my plans for that day. Installed the new unit and even figured out the power issues with the breaker system that's inside the house. They then cleaned out ALL of the AC lines until they were literally "white glove" inspection worthy and we couldn't be more impressed and happy. Idk if you can ask for a tech by name but I TRULY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and TONY. TOP FLIGHT service, professionalism, and skills."
