"Jackson was our technician and Laura was our front office contact. Our repair required several visits and time waiting for parts. Throughout, Jackson and Laura were great in communicating and timely repairs once parts were found. I hope we don’t need them again but if we do, would be happy to work with them."

"5 stars because I’ve used Bush since I moved here in 2021 and they are great, HOWEVER…I called last night because my AC needed help. They did not call back this AM, so I called them around 11. They said someone would be out between 1-3PM, and we agreed on closer to 3 (I do admit there may have been miscommunication about this bit). I called at 4:30pm and they said “don’t worry, you’re on the schedule!”. I then called at 7pm and spoke to the answering service. The on-call guy, Josh, called me back. He prioritized me and got here around 7:45pm, and I very much appreciate you Josh. My house is slowly cooling down, and now I can join my friends camping tomorrow (late. Was supposed to be there now) knowing that my house is good to go. Thank you. Not sure what this glitch was today, but I’ll still use Bush over others."

"A/C went out this past weekend. I called and Austin was out within an hour. He got it up and running, diagnosed the problem and they will be out today with a new unit. I am thrilled to have such professional and prompt service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been superb. This company earns high marks and will always have my business."
